If you are a Designated Realtor® or Realtor® applicant or member, please fill out the keyholder information on the bottom right of the front of the lease agreement.
If you are a non-member or an appraisal trainee, in addition to completing the keyholder information section mentioned above, you must also have the lease agreement co-signed by your firm's Designated Realtor® (DR) member. The DR must sign on the line indicated to the right of the keyholder information.
Other Forms
Emergency FormThis form should be completed by the Member Participant of the office and returned along with the DisplayKEY lease agreement and appropriate payment to the Member Services Office. The actual DisplayKEY must be picked up by the Member Participant in person.
Lockbox Transfer Form
This form must be completed by any agent who purchases or acquires a lockbox from another agent. The completed form may be faxed to the Member Services office at 704-940-3101.
